I had time for a quick lunch. My waitress was nice, friendly and professional. A waitress at the bar was having a not so professional conversation with another, younger staff member. I ordered the Reuben, which was one of three daily specials. It was delicious. While waiting for my food, I saw that they offer additional German dinners, which I am eager to come back to try. The main downfall is that it is very dark and gloomy.

It was my first time at the Bierstube in Hastings MN. Second visit for my partner. We enjoyed friendly and welcoming service from both our server and bartender. The adult beverages were satisfying and flavorful. We had their cheese curds and a big pretzel with beer cheese. Both were very tasty and served hot. Plentiful amounts are easily shared by two. I really enjoyed the beef brat smothered in sauerkraut, pickles, mustard. Had plenty of leftovers to take home. Prices were reasonable on both food and drinks. I highly recommend this sweet spot if you're looking for an exceptional German cuisine meal. Their menu does offer a wide selection of delicious sounding meal options.

I grew up in Winona and have lived in AZ for 30 years but always stop for a Pabst and cheese curds when heading to airport. Curds melt in your mouth!

The service was great. They ended up being out of two things we wanted and gave us some free dips because of it! Some of the food was super super good and some was mid.

Sunday, Delicious authentic German food, recommend you try the Taste of Deutschland, had to go back on Friday and found an amazing fish fry, huge tender pieces of white tasty fish. Service was wonderful.
